- All extension purchased from us are to be used on single magento installation. To use the extension on multiple installations you need to purchase a separate copy of extension.
- No separate license is required to use the extension on development or staging environment. You can connect with support if you are facing any issue with the license
- Purchasing any software from CodeInnovers implies that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of usage of the extension
- We offer free updates of our extensions, that update will be free for Minor Version updates. If you have purchased any extension for Magento1 you will get free updates for all future updates of Magento1, but to use on Magento2 it will not be a free update. Please connect with our support to know more about the free updates
- All extensions purchased from CodeInnovers gets free life time support unless support period is mentioned on product page.
- In free life time support we offer free support for fixing extensions bugs and errors. It does not include fixing the bugs of other extensions and themes which are causing conflicts.
- Our extension codes are not encrypted, that means you can edit the source code to meet your needs, but make sure that you have backup of every change. We donot offer free support for extensions which has been customized by anyone else.
- You are not allowed to sell, edit, distribute our extension codes or part of our extensions code, or our documentation, support guide etc to anyone else
- It is forbidden to put the extension code, documentation or part of these on internet for download
- Our extensions comes with free installation unless an installation fee has been mentioned on product page. Free and paid both installations will be one time installation on domain for which license is generated. To re-avail the installation service, an installation fee will be paid.
- We offer free support for life time on our extensions and products until mentioned on product details page. With free support we cover extension issues and bugs. To raise any issue please connect with us on support. Free support does not includes 3rd party extensions conflicting with our extension, design conflicts with 3rd party themes etc. To discuss or know more please connect with our support.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All of our extensions are unencrypted and entire source code is delivered to your after placing the order, so we don’t entertain any refund request. Hence mentioned We don’t have any refund policy and no refund will be processed. We suggest you to have a detailed discussion with support and we can also arrange a shared screen session for demo of extension. Also please check the features carefully mentioned on product page of extension you want to purchase.
- It’s also a fact that your satisfaction is what matters to us most and we are looking forward to have you as our happy customer. So in case of any issue please connect with our support team and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- If there is anything missing in the extension that is promised and mentioned on the product details page, we will add this feature in extension on priority basis and a timeframe will be shared with you when we will be sharing an updated package of extension.
If there is some features that is required by your business need and is not available in the extension, it will be a customization based on feasiblity and you can have a discussion with our support team for this.
- If you face any issue in the extension we will need FTP details to access files on server, admin panel details like username password and admin panel URL, cpanel details and database access details for debugging. At the time of rasing the issue we will share you all the information required.
